Group Mentoring & The Art of Facilitation
A Collaborative Space for Psilocybin Facilitation & Psychedelic Therapy Practitioners
This 6-month advanced group mentorship is designed for new and emerging psilocybin facilitators seeking to deepen their craft within a culturally grounded, peer-supported environment. Guided by Claudia Cuentas — Peruvian - born artist, therapist, educator, and co-founder of the Cora Center — participants will explore the art of facilitation through an integration of Ayni (Sacred Reciprocity), Munay (Love in Action), and Ayllu (Sacred Community).
Our goal is to help you develop your own unique framework, built from hands-on case studies, preparation for challenging scenarios, and the personal exploration that builds a strong ethical foundation for your practice.

Curriculum Overview
-
Integrate trauma-informed skills (somatic grounding, ethics in non-ordinary states) with Indigenous teachings. Explore Ayni (Sacred Reciprocity) in facilitator–client–environment relationships and learn about La Ley de Origen (Law of Origin) as a guide to practice in harmony with natural laws.
-
Recognize colonial biases and historical and cultural contexts in psychedelic care. Practice cultural humility in serving diverse communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ+) with reciprocity and respect. Role-plays help translate insight into action.
-
Develop body-based and creative tools for facilitation and integration. Review somatic tracking for safety and grounding, and the role of music and rhythm as the “sacred thread”. Expressive arts (movement, drawing, storytelling) to help translate and integrate experiences.
-
Cultivate presence, discernment, and trust. Understand intentional ceremonial space-setting and with cultural respect (e.g., altar-building) and learn to balance silence, intervention, and ceremony to support safe, transformative journeys.
-
Bring anonymized scenarios for group reflection. Work through anxiety mid-journey, review your window of tolerance, and interpersonal dynamics. Build collective wisdom as Claudia guides threads back to Ayni, Munay, and Ayllu.
-
Engage in self-inquiry alongside skill-building: journaling, guided meditations, and facilitated sharing. Identify your cultural frame, become aware of triggers and biases, clarify boundaries and humility.
Ethical Practice & Practicum Partnership (Cora Center)
Ethics, safety, and cultural respect are at the heart of this mentorship. Partnering with the Cora Center — an Oregon-licensed Psilocybin Service Center co-founded by Claudia — provides a living example of ethical, culturally attuned practice.
Supervised opportunities to observe or assist with psilocybin group sessions (as legally permitted).
Direct exposure to professional standards in screening, consent, ritual, and aftercare.
Witness reciprocity, inclusivity, and integrity practiced at an organizational level.
This partnership grounds the teachings in real-world application and prepares facilitators to carry these values into their own work.
This program is for you if you find yourself asking:
How can I move beyond protocols to develop my own resilient and authentic framework for facilitation?
Where can I find a community of peers to explore real-world case studies and the nuanced complexities of this work?
How do I ethically weave the depth of Indigenous wisdom into my existing therapeutic practice?
How do I cultivate the humility to embrace 'unknowing' as a central part of my growth as a facilitator?
6-Month Program Tuition & Access
Our tuition model (based on the Green Bottle Model) is grounded in the principle of Ayni (sacred reciprocity), a recognition that each person gives and receives in balance with their capacity and the collective.
This approach emphasizes community care, self-reflection, and honoring the economic diversity of participants. It helps each person find their place within a range based not just on income, but on broader access to resources and systemic positioning. We offer this tuition model to reflect both sustainability and equitable access.
-
You comfortably meet your needs, have expendable income, and wish to support wider access.
-
You can pay in full without significant strain.
-
You can contribute but need flexibility. You may be living paycheck to paycheck.
-
If you experience economic hardship or systemic barriers, an application is required.
Note: If you would like to participate but need a larger scholarship, please contact us directly at info@claudiacuentas.com. We offer a limited number of full scholarships. The number of full scholarships we can offer will depend on how many supporter tier applicants we receive. Thank you for your understanding!
Understanding the Green Bottle Model by Alexis J. Cunningford
The Green Bottle model encourages you to look beyond income alone. Consider these guiding factors when choosing your tier:
Income stability (Are your wages predictable? Do you have a safety net?)
Savings or generational wealth
Debt (student, medical, etc.)
Number of dependents
Medical needs or chronic illness
Access to financial support from family or community
Membership in a historically marginalized community
Choosing Your Tier
These prompts can help guide your tier selection:
Do I have stable income and some financial flexibility?
Am I currently living with or healing from financial trauma, housing insecurity, or systemic harm?
Would paying full tuition restrict my ability to afford food, healthcare, or housing?
Have I or my family benefited from generational privilege or accumulated assets?
Am I able to contribute more in order to support others who cannot?
A Few Important Notes
All tiers offer the exact same program experience.
