Program Highlights -

  • 3 months | Bi-weekly (fortnightly) 2-hour live calls via Zoom

  • Small, intimate groups (7–12 participants) for diversity of perspectives and personal attention.

  • Designed for psilocybin facilitators, students on their way to licensing or therapeutic guides with foundational training (e.g., Oregon/Colorado graduates, therapists with integration experience).

  • Didactic teachings, peer case review, role-play, reflection exercises and community building goal.

  • Opportunities to apprentice at group journeys if licensed (by invitation only)

Curriculum Overview

  • Integrate trauma-informed skills (somatic grounding, ethics in non-ordinary states) with Indigenous teachings. Explore Ayni (Sacred Reciprocity) in facilitator–client–environment relationships and learn about La Ley de Origen (Law of Origin) as a guide to practice in harmony with natural laws.

  • Recognize colonial biases and historical and cultural contexts in psychedelic care. Practice cultural humility in serving diverse communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ+) with reciprocity and respect. Role-plays help translate insight into action.

  • Develop body-based and creative tools for facilitation and integration. Review somatic tracking for safety and grounding, and the role of music and rhythm as the “sacred thread”. Expressive arts (movement, drawing, storytelling) to help translate and integrate experiences.

  • Cultivate presence, discernment, and trust. Understand intentional ceremonial space-setting and with cultural respect (e.g., altar-building) and learn to balance silence, intervention, and ceremony to support safe, transformative journeys.

  • Bring anonymized scenarios for group reflection. Work through anxiety mid-journey, review your window of tolerance, and interpersonal dynamics. Build collective wisdom as Claudia guides threads back to Ayni, Munay, and Ayllu.

  • Engage in self-inquiry alongside skill-building: journaling, guided meditations, and facilitated sharing. Identify your cultural frame, become aware of triggers and biases, clarify boundaries and humility.

Ethical Practice & Practicum Partnership (Cora Center)

Ethics, safety, and cultural respect are at the heart of this mentorship. Partnering with the Cora Center — an Oregon-licensed Psilocybin Service Center co-founded by Claudia — provides a living example of ethical, culturally attuned practice.

  • Supervised opportunities to observe or assist with psilocybin group sessions (as legally permitted).

  • Direct exposure to professional standards in screening, consent, ritual, and aftercare.

  • Witness reciprocity, inclusivity, and integrity practiced at an organizational level.

  • This partnership grounds the teachings in real-world application and prepares facilitators to carry these values into their own work.
