• Absences: If you must miss a session, please notify the facilitator in advance. One absence may be made up through review of session materials and a written reflection. More than two absences may affect your completion status.
• Punctuality: Arriving on time honors the group container. Sessions will begin promptly, with opening rituals.
• 1:1 support and integration Session: As the cycle of the mentoring program ends, every participant will have a dedicated one-on-one support and integration session with Claudia Cuentas to ensure personal assistance, grounding, and guidance for your next steps.
2. Participation
• Confidentiality: All personal and professional experiences shared in the group are held in confidence. Recording of sessions is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon by Claudia.
• Engagement: Active participation is expected — sharing insights, engaging in discussions, and completing reflection or practice exercises between sessions.
• Respect & Cultural Humility: The circle is inclusive of diverse cultural, spiritual, and personal experiences. We ask participants to practice deep listening, non-violent communication, and respect for differences.
• Community Agreements: Each cohort will co-create agreements during Session 1 (e.g., confidentiality, speaking from “I” statements, honoring silence, no unsolicited advice).
