🌿 Program Policies – Group Mentoring & The Art of Facilitation
3-Month Pilot Program with Claudia Cuentas, LMFT
1. Attendance
• Commitment to Presence: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled bi-weekly live sessions (bi-weekly, Oct 1, Oct 15, Oct 30, Nov 12, Nov 26, Dec 10 from 5-7 PM PST).
• Absences: If you must miss a session, please notify the facilitator in advance. One absence may be made up through review of session materials and a written reflection. More than two absences may affect your completion status.
• Punctuality: Arriving on time honors the group container. Sessions will begin promptly, with opening rituals.
2. Participation
• Confidentiality: All personal and professional experiences shared in the group are held in confidence. Recording of sessions is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon by Claudia.
• Engagement: Active participation is expected — sharing insights, engaging in discussions, and completing reflection or practice exercises between sessions.
• Respect & Cultural Humility: The circle is inclusive of diverse cultural, spiritual, and personal experiences. We ask participants to practice deep listening, non-violent communication, and respect for differences.
• Community Agreements: Each cohort will co-create agreements during Session 1 (e.g., confidentiality, speaking from “I” statements, honoring silence, no unsolicited advice).
3. Payment Terms
• Tuition: $1,600 per participant for the 3-month pilot.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due upon acceptance to secure your place.
• Balance: Remaining tuition is due by program start (Sept 30, 2025).
• Payment Plans: Limited installment plans may be available upon request.
• Scholarships & Reduced-Fee Spots: A small number of scholarships and reduced-fee seats are available. Applicants must complete the Scholarship Application as part of their program application.
• Refunds: Tuition (minus deposit) may be refunded if withdrawal occurs more than 14 days before program start. No refunds will be issued after the program begins, due to the small-group nature of the mentorship.
4. Mutual Reciprocity
In alignment with Ayni, participants are encouraged to contribute to the learning community not only by receiving mentorship but also by offering their presence, insight, and support to others. This shared responsibility strengthens the integrity of the program container.
